About us

We are a small clothing brand bringing to life capsule collections with a high focus on technical pattern cutting. The founder of BRONSE is Dimitri Andreescu; he has creative pattern cutting studies in Milan and London, with a BA Creative Pattern Cutting degree from the University of Arts, London College of Fashion.

 

We use high quality deadstock fabrics sourced from various small suppliers which leads to the development of a small number of garments for each design, giving a specific uniqueness to each of them. Our intent is to also give a new life to fabrics that might not be relevant at a moment in time. Sometime, we also transform the fabric through dying or bleaching.

We research, develop and produce our garments in Romania. We design, cut and sew in our small studio, which makes each product unique in its own way but encompassing relevant experience gathered across the years of working in the industry and with different designers. We are creating clothing with close attention to details and narrative.

 

In the development process, most of the creative ideas start from the intention to challenge the observers’ preconditioned perceptions of reality, using experimental pattern cutting, deconstruction and fabric manipulation to create distorted images.
